Description
A hindcast of cyclonic waves for the Gulf of Thailand was developed following the method outlined in Cyclonic Wave Hindcasts
Key features
- Cyclones for the period 1990 to 2023 are included in the last version of this data set.
- The computational rectangular grid has a resolution of 0.1° x 0.1° and covers the area between 03.00°and 15.00° N and 099.00° and 120.00°E
- Model outputs were verified against available satellite measurements in the area
