These studies are used to support operation planning, and typically provide monthly percentage of time with calm weather or the monthly probability of waiting time being below certain values, as per Client’s requirement.
Deliverables usually include:
- Long term fatigue data of MetOcean parameters provided as scatter tables of requested parameters (wind, waves, current)
- Time series of MetOcean parameters of requested parameters (wind, waves, current)
- Waiting on weather, downtime and spell analysis of requested parameters (wind, waves, current)
- Contour maps of of requested parameters (wind, waves, current)
Such studies typically take around 3-5 days.
